The greatest of all time in terms of health and fitness is yourself. When you look in the mirror and you see the goals and gains you've reached that's what will continue to motivate you and others. When you show you Before picture and then show your After picture that's what will push each and every one of your followers to do better and realize you can achieve it. They don't want you to better yourself, so what do you do? BETTER YOURSELF!!!! You hold the keys to your own success. You write down a list of goals and every time you reach them you set higher goals and look back and see how far you've come. That is what makes you THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME!!!
MAJOR KEY ALERT
Eating and exercise are a major keys in having and maintaining a long and healthy lifestyle. I like to start my day off with physical fitness every morning. If you have a busy schedule like me its usually the best way to start off your day. I choose to workout at 5:30 in the morning before others are up and about. Since I live on a college campus I run outside of it so I can get more distance out of my runs. I usually run up to 3-4 miles a day. Once I'm done with the running portion I do ab workouts to tighten my core as well as doing regular to close to wide arm pushups.
