MAJOR KEY ALERT

Eating and exercise are a major keys in having and maintaining a long and healthy lifestyle. I like to start my day off with physical fitness every morning. If you have a busy schedule like me its usually the best way to start off your day. I choose to workout at 5:30 in the morning before others are up and about. Since I live on a college campus I run outside of it so I can get more distance out of my runs. I usually run up to 3-4 miles a day. Once I'm done with the running portion I do ab workouts to tighten my core as well as doing regular to close to wide arm pushups.
